The second receptionist at Apartments Wroclaw - D&C Aparthotels was very helpful and went out of his way to assist us. He answered the phone and even came to swap our key. It made our stay much more pleasant.

Big TV and DVD player kept me entertained. 24-hour reception was there in case I wanted to bother them with my requests. Complimentary Wi-Fi made it easier for me to complain online.

As if I needed sleep, the walls were paper-thin, allowing me to hear everyone's business. I guess it's a good thing the reception doesn't answer calls or emails, because I left my keys in the room anyway.
